Civilians - victims of ethnic Albanian terrorism in 1999

Killed

Gojko Jevtic (1949) from the village of Suvi Do, municipality of Kosovska Mitrovica and Dragan Kovacevic (1951) from Kosovska Mitrovica were killed by ethnic Albanian separatists by shots from firearms. Their bodies with visible traces of physical torture were found oh January 2 at 10,40 a.m. near the 23 Novembar collective farm in Kosovska Mitrovica.

Veton Keljmendi (1969) from the village of Pavljane, municipality of Pec, was killed by ethnic Albanian terrorists by shots from firearms. His body was found on January 2 in the village of Glavicica, municipality of Pec, by the road Pec - Pristina.

Enver Gasi (1964) was seriously wounded in a terrorist attack carried out January 2 at 10,10 p.m. at the Lipljan road in Stimlje. He died on the way to the hospital.

Bekim Miftari (1972) from the village of Jerli Sadovina and Cerim Rahmoni (1958) from the village of Vrban, municipality of Vitina, security workers at a gas station Burimi, were killed by ethnic Albanian terrorists from automatic weapons on January 4 at 10,45 p.m. in the village of Belgrac, municipality of Kacanik.

Rifat Bljakaj (1979) from the village of Trbuhovac, municipality of Istok, was killed by ethnic Albanian terrorists with shots from firearms. His body was found on January 8, around 11,30 a.m. near the village of Gornji Drenovac, municipality of Klina.

Faruk Murselji (1978) was killed by ethnic Albanian terrorists on the Urosevac-Gnjilane road, in the village of Biba, municipality of Urosevac, on January 9, around 9 p.m.

Sadrija Rustem (1948) from Kilna, was shot dead by ethnic Albanian terrorists. His body was found on January 11 on the Pec-Pristina road, in the village of Glavicica, municipality of Pec.

Saiti Sejdi (1949) from Urosevac, was wounded by ethnic Albanian terrorists with shots from automatic weapons, on January 12, at 8,45 p.m.. Saiti was transferred to the Pristina hospital centre where he died.

Nedzmedin Sadiku ((1955) was killed by ethnic Albanian terrorists with shots from automatic wepoans on January 13, around 3,30 a.m. in Kosovska Mitrovica, in front of his family house.

Bitici Muarem ((1956) from the village of Svrke, municipality of Pec, was shot dead by ethnic Albanian terrorists. His body was found on the village road in the village of Romune, municipality of Pec.

Miroslav Djelkapic (1957) died from the wounds he got in the terrorist attack of January 18, at 9,30 p.m. near the village of Samodraza, municipality of Vucitrn. Armed ethnic Albanian terrorists opened fire from automatic rifles at the truck in which Miroslav Djelkapic was with his son Petar (1980).

Ahmet Esljani (1975) was killed by terrorists from firearms. His body was found on January 20 on the Pristina-Pec road, in the village of Orlate, municipality of Glogovac.

Djevat Gasi (1953) physician from Pec, was killed by terrorists from firearms. His body was found on January 21, around 10,00 a.m. n the village of Prekale, municipality of Istok.

Hisen Kurti (1959), Sanija Kurti (1964) from the village of Crmljane, municipality of Djakovica, Keljmendi Saban and two boys aged between 13 and 14 were killed in a terrorist attack on January 25 in the village of Rakovina, municipality of Djakovica.

Musa Molicaj (1947) from the village of Gornja Luka, municipality of Decani, was killed in a terrorist attack from automatic weapons, on January 25, at 7,20 a.m., in the village of Gornja Luka, municipality of Decani.

Dejan Kostic (1976) from Kosovska Mitrovica, was killed by ethnic Albanian terrorists from firearms. His body was found on January 27 at 8,20 a.m. on the Pristina_Kosovska Mitrovica road, near the village of Cupkovac, municipality of Kosovska Mitrovica.

Zdravko Sedlarevic (1926) was killed by ethnic Albanian terrorists when they attacked his house with nahd grenades, on January 29, around 10,00 p.m., in the village of Rakos, municipality of Istok.

Gasper Karasi (1961) from the village of Ujza, municipality of Djakovica, was killed by ethnic Albanian terrorists from firearms. His body was found on January 31, at 1,30 p.m. in the village of Djurakovac, municipality of Istok.

Osmani Gasi (1976) from Pec, was killed by ethnic Albanian terrorist who threw hand grenade in the grill PP Beca on January 31, at 10,40 p.m., in 10 Veluska street in Pristina.

Imer Redzepi (1955) from Kosovska Mitrovica was killed by ethnic Albanian terrorists with several shots from firearms. His body was found on February 3 on a road in the village of Lipe, municipality of Zvecan.

Boza Kostic (1952), a refugee from the Republic of Albania, who lived in a refugee settlement Junik, municipali8ty of Decani, was killed in a terrorist attack of February 3, at 8,30 p.m., on the Djakovica- Decani road, near the crossroads for the village of Rastavica. Ethnic Albanian terrorists opened fire from automatic weapons at the vehicle which Kostic was driving.

Albert Sejdijaj (1973) from Ljubus, municipality of Decani, Fazli Murina (1969) from Grabovac, municipality of Pec and Alji Pajazitaj (1972) from the village of Istinis, municipality of Pec, were killed by ethnic Albanian terrorists from firearms in the attack on Fenruary 4, at 9,30 a.m. in the village of Gornja Luka, municipality of Decani.

A body of an unidentified man, aged between 50 and 60 was found on February 5 at 9,40 a.m. in the village of Marmule, municipality of Djakovica. The person was killed from firearms.

Enver Salja (1947), owner of a mini-market store Almir in Pristina and Vijor Kumoli (1981) were killed in a terrorist attack on February 6 at 7,15 p.m. in Vidovdanska street. Terrorists planted and acticated an explosive device in front of the mini market. Arton Ajeti (1978) from Urosevac was seriously wounded in this attack and he later died in the Pristina hospital.

Unidentified body of a male was found on February 7, at 10,00 p.m. in the village of Livadje, municipality of Lipljan, near the Pristina - Urosevac road. He was killed from firearms. By the bridge on the river of Lukavac, on February 8, around 7,30 a.m. in Dajkovica, found were bodies of Djemalj Smaci (1979) and Sabahet Zeka (1983), members of the Romanie community from Dajkovica, whome the ethnic Albanian terrorists killed from firearms.

Ethnic Albanian terrorists killed from firearms Avdi Dzavit (1945) from Urosevac and Salja Salji (1962) from the village of Jerli Talinovac, municipality of Urosevac. Their bodies were found on February 8 under the bridge on the Urosevac - Kacanik road, in Kriva Reka.

Near the HK Emin Duraku in Dajkovica, on February 8 around 8,15 a.m. ethnic Albanian terrorists attacked a car from automatic weapons. They killed the driver Mataj Ljuljis (1972) from Gornje Novo Selo, municipality of Djakovica.

In Novo Selo, municipality of Pec, by the Pec-Radavac road, on February 10 at 7,45 p.m. a male unidentified body was found. He was killed from firearms by ethnic Albanian terrorists. Identification was carried out on February 11, when it was discovered that it was Cerim Sukaj (1947) from Novo Selo, municipality of Pec.

In the village of Zacu, municipality of Istok, on February 11 around 8,30 a.m. a body was found of Hakija Hoti (1967) from the village of Dubrava, municipality of Istok, whom the ethnic Albanian terrorists killed from firearms.

Wounded

Dragan Ratkovic (1964), Marina Ilic (1983), Aleksandar Milentijevic (1982) and Djordje Vujovic (1981) were lightly wounded on January 5 around 8,30 p.m. in Pristina,in Kralja Petra street. An ethnic Albanian terrorist threw an activated hand grenade at the cafe "Kul" that exploded in front of the cafe "007".

Muarem Smasi (1973) from Djakovica was beaten by ethnic Albanian terrorists on Janury 7 around 7,00 p.m. Three armed ethnic Albanian terrorists came into the billiard club "Arbi" in Djakovica, checked and took IDs from the guests and beat Muarem.

Hodza Isak (1954) was seriously wounded and Muhamed Jasari and Ahmetaj Gani (1943) were lightly wounded in a aterrorist attack on Janury 8 at 1,30 p.m. in the village of Dulje, municipality of Suva Reka. They were in a taxi that was behind a police patrol that ethnic Albanian terrorists attacked.

Hakija Guci (1962) from Pec was beaten by ethnic Albanian terrorists armed with automatic weapons, on January 8 at 10,10 p.m. in front of his bakery in Pec.

Rajko Jeremic (1962) was seriously wounded on January 10 around midnight on the Pec-Kosovska MItrovica road, in the village of Prekale, municipality of Istok, when ethnic Albanian terrorists opened fire on a passenger car.

Vukman Delevic (1946) from Berane was lightly wounded on January 10 at 3,15 p.m. on the Kosovska Mitrovica - Rozaje road, in Kosutovo, municipality of Kosovska Mitrovica. Ethnic Albanian terroristsstopped his vehicle and hit him in the back with an automatic rifle.

Ramadan Camilj from the village of Velika Reka, municipality of Vucitrn, ethnic Albanian terrorists lightly hurt on January 4 around 10,00 p.m. ner the village of Priluzje, municipality of Vucitrn. Ethnic Albanian terrorists came into his yard, took his vehicle and put him in the boot. They threw him out of the vehicle near the village Priluzje hitting him several times with rifle butt. The incident was reported on January 11.

Zivko Garic (1958) from the village of Dobric, municipality of Djakovica, was lightly wounded in a terrorist attack on January 12 at 2,30 p.m. in the village of Dasinovac, municipality of Decani.

Rahman Rahmani, Miftar Hamiti, Miftar Baskimi, Miftar Sami, Miftar Arben, Miftar Gazimend and Bedri Bahtiri, members of Romany ethnic community from Brusnik, municipality of Vucitrn, were beaten by ethnic Albanian terrorists armed with automatic rifles on January 14 at 3,40 p.m. in the village of Brusnic.

Phil Martin, English citizen, a driver at the OSCE verification mission and Dejan Zojaga, interpretor, were lightly wounded in a terrorist attack carried out by small-arms weapons at a police column in which were members of OSCE verification mission, on January 15 around 3 and 3,25 p.m. in the village of Bandera, municipality of Decani.

Rustem Alidemaj (1928) and Sutaj Jurzim (19660 from the village of Gornja Luka, municipality of Decani, were beaten by armed ethnic Albanian terrorists on January 15 around 8,30 p.m. in Agim Sutaj's house.

Miljana Peric (1984) was heavily wounded and Radoslav, Dobrila, Marko (1983) and Jovanka Peric (1929) were lightly wounded in a terrorist attack on January 19 at 11,15 p.m. in the village of Drvare, municipality of Vucitrn. Terrorists fired a mortar grenade at radoslav Peric's house. Peric is a policeman in reserve in Vucitrn.

Skender Molisaj (1974) was seriously wounded in a terrorist attack from automatic weapons on January 25 at 7,20 p.m. in the village of Gornja Luka, municipality of Decani.

Zoran Spasic (1957) from the village of Priluzje, municipality of Vucitrn, was lightly wounded in a terrorist attack on January 29 at 3,30 p.m., near the Sitnica river.

Gordana Miladinovic was seriously wounded and Milovan Vujosevic (1977), Mirjana Stojanovic (1973), MIlenko Stojanovic (1977), Alma Behljulji (1978), Miodrag Markovic (1976) and Nikola Gavrilovic (1979) were lightly wounded in a terrorist attack on January 29 at 8,40 p.m. in Dusan Bulajic street in Pristina. Ethnic Albanian terrorist activated and threw a hand grenade through a closed window of cafe "Galerija".

Darinka Sedlarevic (1927) was lightly wounded in a terrorist attack on January 29 at 10,00 p.m. in the village of Rakos, municipality of Istok. Terrorists attacked the house of Sedlarevic family with hand grenades.

Boka Haljilji (1942), Bekim Duljaku (1987) and Behrija Duljaku (1984) from the village of Vrsevci, municipality of Lipljan, were heavily wounded in a terrorist attack on January 31 at 9,45 p.m. in the village of Gornje Godance, municipality of Stimlje. Three ethnic Albanian terrorists, armed with automatic rifles, burst into the house of Dzevdet Zumeri and fired several shots.

Fatmir Ramadani (1960) and Seljim Seljimi (1951) from Pristina, were heavily wounded on January 31 at 10,40 p.m. in 10 Veluska street in Pristina, when an ethnic Albanian terrorist activated and threw a hand grenade into the grill PP "Beca". Aleksandar Ilic (1971) from Pristina was lightly injured on February 5 at 7,45 p.m. in the village of Orlovic, municipality of Pristina. Sefcet Sulejmani (1952) from the village of Rahovica and Seki Behljulji (1944) from the village of Biba were heavily wounded and Agron Mustafa (1978) from the village of Plesina, Agron Imisti (1981) from Urosevac, Basri Sejdiju (1958) from the village of Gatnje, Ramadus Mjaku (1972) from Slatina, Sali Mehmeti (1982) from Urosevac, Djeljadin Behljulji (1980) from the village of Sazlija and Rafiz Asimi (1981) from Urosevac were lightly wounded in an explosion of a powerful device which ethnic Albanian terrorists planted and activated on February 13 around 1 p.m. in Urosevac, in front of Jugobanka building.

Zlatana Vukovic (1929) and her son Blagota were lightly wounded on February 14 around 1 a.m. in srbica. two armed ethnic Albanian terrorists broke the gate and front door of the Vukovic's family house in Njegoseva street. They searched the house took the weapons harassed the family Vukovic and then left.

Abducted

Ibis Cari from Stimlje reported to the police station in Stimlje, on January 4 that he had been abducted by ethnic Albanian terrorists on December 25, 1998 in the village of Petrovo, municipality of Stimlje. He was kept in captivity for 10 days, he was physically molested and then released.

Radosav, Zivka, Radovan and DanicaMilickovic were abducted by ethnic Albanian terrorists on January 21 at 10 p.m. after attacking houses of Serbs and Montenegrins in the village of Nevoljane, municipality of Vucitrn. On January 23 at 6,50 p.m. OSCE mission chief for Vucitrn brought the abducted citizens to the Secretariat in Kosovska Mitrovica.

Miodrag Bigovic was abducted by ethnic Albanian terrorists on January 22, 30 minutes after midnight. A large group of terrorists, threatening with automatic weapons burst into the premises of JKP Sitnica in Vucitrn, demolished it and took vehicles and technical equipment. In the vicinity they found Miodrag Bigovic, worker in that company, from the village of Nevoljane, whome they abducted. On January 23 at 6,50 p/m/ OSCE mission chief for Vucitrn brought the abducted citizens among which was Miodrag Bigovic to the Secretariat in Kosovska Mitrovica.

Miljajim Morina (1960) and his cousin Zekrija Nedo were abducted by ethnic Albanian terrorists on February 4 around 1 a.m. in Prizren, in Ulcinjska street at number 105 and then they were taken in the unknown direction.

On Pristina - Kosovska Mitrovica road, on February 9 around 10 a.m. abducted was Dragan Ivanisevic (1962) from the village of Donji Svracak, municipality of Vucitrn. The case was reported on February 10 and Ivanisevic managed to escape.

Taib Zeciri (1959) and Jener Cerimi (1963) were abducted by ethnic Albanian terrorists on February 11 around 11 a.m. during the funeral of ethnic Albanian terrorists in the village of Racak.

Muhamet (1970) and Recep (1958) Oluri from the village of Petrovic, municipality of Stimlje, were abducted by ethnic Albanian terrorists on February 11 around 4 p.m. after the funeral of ethnic Albanian terrorists in the village of Racak. They were released on February 13.

Hisen Zeciri from Stimlje was abducted by ethnic Albanian terrorists on February 11 around 4 p.m. after the funeral of ethnic Albanian terrorists in the village of Racak. He was released the following day.
