Grubisno Polje, November 1991.

Towards the end of October 1991, Croatia began an organized elimination of the Serbs in the districts of Grubisno Polje, Moslavina, and Slavonska Pozega. Hundreds of Serbian families fled to Bosnia, on the road to Banja Luka, leaving their villages, homes and all other possessions in Croatia, never to return. Bosnia was only a temporary refuge for them. The same columns of people headed towards Serbia when the war began in Bosnia.
